Brett Niver – President/Owner
Brett was raised in the middle of Ohio’s dairy county and was exposed to various farming practices. He started his career as a middle school Math and Science teacher and went back to college to obtain his Computer Science degree and began developing embedded computer controls. He most recently led a VMax R&D development team for EMC in Hopkinton, MA. He received the Presidents Award for innovation and dedication. He has been granted 24 patents to date and leads the development of advanced technology for IAS. to He is excited about applying his skills to further IAS’s ability to economically meet the grower’s needs. He enjoys participating in choir, traveling, hiking and biking with his wife, daughter and Belle the family pooch.
Paul Oparowski – Sales and Marketing
Paul is the guy to talk to about purchasing any of IAS products. He has a strong background in product development, sales, and marketing. Paul is happy to speak with anyone about how IAS can help improve their productivity in the fields with fewer hands available. Outside of working at IAS, Paul enjoys spending as much time as possible with his children and grandchildren, running and cycling throughout the Northeast and ultimately the rest of the country.
Kevin Granlund – General Manager
Prior to working here at IAS, Kevin provided consultation to many companies such as EMC, CISCO, AT+T, HP, Seagate, and many others. His position and experience have enabled him to perform extensive field studies. Kevin developed a top-down reliability/availability management process for design organizations developing mission-critical, Enterprise Class Storage Systems. Kevin enjoys spending time with his family and friends, skiing in the winter and exploring the backroads and hiking trails in state and throughout New England.
Nancy Burgess – Financial Assistant
Nancy has extensive background in all levels of Financial Management and Human Resources and has worked in a number of business sectors including Food & Beverage. With an MBA in Accounting, she also is a Professional Development Instructor for Accounting Practices and Quickbooks software for small business. She will be bringing her small business development, accounting and cash management experience to assist in IAS’s growth.
Diane Brooks – Book Keeper/Purchase Agent
Diane is our Quickbooks pro and helps us maintain necessary inventory levels. Some of you know her as our firm persistent accounts receivable department. She lives with her retired husband who is a hot rod car builder of years and has cared for family horses her whole life. She also is involved with our local land trust which has protected over 500 acres from developers.
