Using HarvestWatch™ Alerts.  Since HarvestWatch™ allows users to set alerts on any measured parameter from their Irrigation control or monitoring system, Alerts can be set to alert the customer when the system was supposed to turn on or off.  If a customer is using a soil moisture measurement to start an irrigation cycle, but also has a time lockout, so that the irrigation cycle does not start in the middle of the day, alerts can be set both on pump start, as well as soil moisture level.  This way when the soil moisture reaches a low point during the heat of the afternoon, the customer receives a threshold alert on the soil moisture, and once the time lockout has expired, the customer then receives an alert on the start of the irrigation cycle.
